OUJDA SPORTS
Location: Oujda, Morocco
Oujda sports infrastructure is composed of a municipal stadium, an Olympic venue, the Honneur Stadium of Oujda, the sports complex ‘Rock’ including a rugby stadium, a tennis complex in the park Lala Aicha and a golf course and two sports halls.
There was a need for a sports club for leisure and practice that could be easily accessed. In order to cater for this demand, and after the success of our previous project in Oujda, we supported Ibrahim Ammari in the creation of a new ambitious sports complex that includes 5-a-side fields as well as padel courts, the new racquet sport that is becoming a trend in Europe.
What we did
We assisted with preparatory groundworks and the design for padel courts. We provided our know-how about padel courts to give the optimal introduction conditions.
Our Padel Courts
- Concrete platforms equipped with slopes, for an extremely hard and smooth playing surface.
- 12 mm tempered glass and latest generation 12mm turf, to maximize safety for players
- 8 x 150 W LED spotlights for each padel to ensure the correct visibility required for a safe and enjoyable game.
